In November 2022, we hosted a group of Data Strategy practitioners from the public sector, third sector, SMEs and larger organisations for our first Data Strategy Roundtable.
The remit was to develop a list of prioritised themes relating to Data Strategy and then have a series of round-table discussions addressing each theme. Twenty-four themes were identified, and out of this seven areas were prioritised and discussed.
The high-level recommendations are:
- The need for commonality of tools, methodologies and case studies across industries and organisations.
- The need for cross-organisational groups to discuss, develop, and test new Data Strategy methodologies that can become best practice.
